We are a private and independent laboratory, founded in 1983, specializing in the quality control and purity of oils and fats.
Usually we work with oils and fats for agri-alimentary, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and industrial use. In particular, we are specialists in the analysis of olive oils in all categories.
LJB LAB team is composed of qualified and multidisciplinary personnel, with degrees in chemistry, pharmacy, and chemical engineering. We have a modern infrastructure and state of the art scientific instruments.

Degree in Chemical Sciences from the University of Barcelona (1974)
He has more than 30 years of experience in the analysis of oils and fats.
Throughout his professional career he has experienced all the food crises of the sector, from the case of rapeseed oil, to the contamination in sunflower oil with mineral oil, and the food alert in olive pomace oil with PAH. As a professional, he has grown with the sector and for the sector, adapting to the needs of each moment.
Degree in Pharmacy from the University of Barcelona (1998).
She collaborates with ENAC as Technical Expert in the management of audit processes in laboratories in the oil sector that are accredited by the UNE / EN ISO17025 standard.
As Technical Expert in agri-food laboratories, specifically in the field of oils and fats, she carries out studies of technical documentation and audit processes in multidisciplinary evaluation teams.
Industrial Technical Engineer, Chemistry Ind. Esp. In Environment by UAB (2002). Master in Control and Environmental Quality by the ICT.
